- Unless you have credit facilities at the hotel, payment will have to be made in advance, or on the day of the event with a valid credit card (this will be needed in advance for authorization purposes).
- For companies with credit facilities at the hotel, payment is due within 28 days from date of invoice received.
- Day delegate and 24 Hour delegate package minimum numbers are 10 people
- Final numbers are required 28 days before the conference date. A charge will be made for any increase above final confirmed numbers.
- All arrangements between the hotel and the client will be in writing
- Beverages of any kind are not permitted to be brought to the hotel, unless this has been agreed in advance and in writing. A corkage charge will always be made.
- We will require payment for damage to any part of Russell Hotel property either caused by you or a guest invited by you. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to any article brought onto the premises.
Cancellation By the Hotel
- If any part of the hotel is closed or otherwise unavailable because of events outside of the hotel's control
- If the booking may damage the reputation, in the opinion of the management
In these circumstances, you are entitled to get any advanced payments returned, but the hotel would not have any other liability
General
All reservations, cancellations and payments are subject to the hotel's terms and conditions
Cancellations:
8 to 12 weeks before - 25% of estimated numbers/revenue
6 to 8 weeks before - 50% of estimated numbers/revenue
2 to 6 weeks before - 75% of estimated numbers/revenue
Less than 2 weeks - 100% of estimated numbers/revenue
Accommodation:
3 rooms or less - 12pm on day of arrival
3 to 6 rooms - 24 hours prior to day of arrival
7 rooms or more - 1 week prior to day of arrival
Cancellations can be very costly to the hotel and these terms and conditions will be strictly adhered to.
