With 3 years service at the hotel. My influence of the Garden Restaurant menu comes from a career both in this country and abroad. I pride myself on fresh Kentish produce wherever possible, prepared by the team of chef's to the highest quality.

I have been at the Russell for 10 years in the Conference and Banqueting administration role. During this time my knowledge of Conferences,banquets, dinners and Weddings has taught me that no challenge is too big. I look forward to assisting you
