Ceremony Charges
To hold your ceremony in the hotel, we charge a flat rate of £295.00 for 2011 and £315.00 for 2012.
In addition to this, the Registrars will charge their own fees as follows:
1st April 2011 - 31st March 2012
Monday - Friday £398.00
Weekends / Bank Holidays £540.00
1st April 2012 - 31st March 2013
Monday - Friday £410.00
Weekends / Bank Holidays £557.00
Please be aware, there are additional charges for special days such as Christmas Day.

Your dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator will guide you through every step of the way and will even complete the necessary paperwork required before the ceremony. Please note however, once the Registrars have confirmed your booking, payment for your ceremony will be payable to Kent County Council with immediate effect.
The hotel team have a number of years experience and we can cater for ceremonies of almost any size or style. Choose from either our Medway Suite or the Kent and Sussex Suite in which to have your ceremony. Both stylishly decorated with air conditioning and overlooking our beautiful gardens, they are the perfect setting for your perfect day.
